I help young people liberate themselves from doubt and distraction, expand into their truth, and lead with the kind of confidence that brings joy to their life and impact to their world.
I believe joy is a radical act, a rebellion against the pressures, comparisons, and "shoulds" that dim the light of so many teens. I bring my own story of growth and a unique blend of somatic practice, transformational coaching, emotional education, creative expression, and energetic guidance to support each teen's healing and rise.
This work is about reimagining who you are, reclaiming your power, and birthing a new level of self-worth. Together, we unleash the light that's already within.

You are not broken. You are not ruined. You are in the middle of your becoming.
This is a movement, not a method. I don't fix people, I help them come home to themselves.
Every teen holds a light the world desperately needs. My job is simply to help them stop hiding it.
